To confirm reservations, a fifty percent deposit on a major credit card is required. Two night minimum is required unless your stay is during a holiday then three night minimum is required. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. Cash is accepted to pay remainder of the rental fee. Checks are not accepted. Rates quoted above are only valid for the number of guests, check-in dates and length of stay shown. They do not include other costs you may choose to incur during your stay.


Rules and Restrictions
  1. Credit card required for reservations.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations when it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity. We have the right to ask disruptive guests to leave the premises.
  3. The guest(s) renting will assume responsibility for the property during his/her stay. A complete inventory of the property is taken after each stay. A refundable damage deposit may be required. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the guest's credit card.
  4. Anyone under the age of 23 is not permitted to rent and will forfeit his/her deposit. Someone over the age of 23 must be staying at the property.
  5. Please leave the property as you found it. Empty trash and clean property. Leave beds stripped and all dirty linens on the floor. A $65 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest's credit card if the property is not left as found.
  6. At this time we can assume no responsibility for the weather. In case of early departure there will be no refunds given.
  7. Prepayment of deposit is fully refundable up to 5 days prior to the beginning of the reservation period. If cancellations are not made within 5 full days than guest forfeits prepaid reservation fees. During holidays cancellation must be made 14 days prior to reservation or 1/2 of total renatl fee is due and is non-refundable.
  8. If cancellation is made within less than 5 days of beginning of rental period then guest(s) are responsible for total reservation fees and balance will be charged unless property is rented in which case the guest will only forfeit the deposit.
